Spirit Halloween is once again taking over vacant storefronts across New York as the Halloween season approaches.
The seasonal retailer is expected to open more than 75 stores statewide this year, with locations beginning to open in August, according to the company’s website. Several stores have already opened for the 2026 Halloween season.
Known for its costumes, decorations, animatronics and accessories, Spirit Halloween operates more than 1,500 seasonal stores across North America, according to the company.
Here’s where Spirit Halloween stores are opening across New York this year.
Spirit Halloween stores already open in New York
The following Spirit Halloween locations were open as of Aug. 3, according to the company’s website:
